Returns/Exchange

Return Policy:

• We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased from our website.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• If you wish to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
• Once we receive the returned item and it is deemed eligible for a return, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.

Exchange Policy:

• We offer a 30-day exchange policy for all items purchased from our website.
• To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
• If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to initiate the exchange process.
• The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
• Once we receive the item to be exchanged and it is deemed eligible for an exchange, we will ship out the replacement item within 7 business days.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any items that have been used or damaged by the customer. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our criteria outlined above.
